Workplace Resource has worked on multiple projects with the university over the past 20 years. In 2015, WPI solicited our expertise in evaluating a renovation project, as we worked to determine the needs of the Alumni Gym project. As part of that evaluation process, the school ultimately determined that new construction was better suited to its needs, and collaborated with Workplace Resource and Teknion to design and procure all interior spaces for the 78,000 square foot Innovation Studio and Messenger Residence Hall Because of our ability to merge product knowledge, project support, and design vision, WPI and their representative, KVA, partnered with Workplace Resource in designing a building that suits a number of purposes: maker space, labs, active learning classrooms, ,offices, video recording suite, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center and the residence hall.
